This is a good text for culinary students however I couldn't give it five stars because of typos and errors. As a Spanish instructor with a Masters Degree, I recognized some of the sentences used for examples were confusing to the students because they involved unknown vocabulary or verbs not yet learned. There is an instructor's website available, but it's pretty weak and doesn't offer activities.

I understand that a print version won't necessarily be updated for typos due to the cost involved, but don't understand why the e-book hasn't been updated to correct these errors.
