• This textbook is a life saver for organic chemistry. The answers are typically very thorough. However, do be aware that the further you advance in the solutions manual, the more steps it begins to skip. For example, it eventually starts to skip showing formations of epoxide rings, SN2 steps, and proton transfers, as it assumes you're very familiar with and fluent in these steps. Otherwise, the book gives great detailed explanations.
• Guess I should've read the description better. I thought this book was going to have the questions and the answers from the original book. Unfortunately it's literally just answers with no context for what the question is. My bad I guess
• This is a must have for any Orgo class. If you want to pass Orgo you have to do problems after problems. I literally did every practice problem that was associated with what the professor lectured on. I also had other supplemental materials as well that helped me. I got an A in both Orgo I and II with the help of this book and other materials.
• This text on Organic Chemistry fills a huge void in useful course materials on the subject.
• This book was a lifesaver in my ochem class. After I failed my first test, I splurged and bought this. It shows the exact mechanisms that take place during the reaction problems in the book.
• This organic chemistry practical book provided all the practice and questions I need to pass the course.
